暖胸贴在产后乳房胀痛中的应用研究

Application of warm chest paste in postpartum breast distension

目的分析暖胸贴在产后乳房胀痛中的应用效果.方法选取2017年6月—2018年5月600例剖宫产术后出现乳房胀痛的产妇作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组.对照组每次常规用温热水热敷乳房3min^5min、手法按摩和手工挤奶,每3h进行1次.观察组每次用暖胸贴贴于薄款哺乳文胸外层热敷乳房3min^5min、手法按摩和手工挤奶,每3h进行1次.对2组产妇的乳房胀痛消退时间、乳汁排出量进行对比分析.结果观察组乳房胀痛消退时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),乳汁排出量明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论暖胸贴在产妇产后乳房胀痛中具有较好的应用效果,值得推广.

Objective To analyze the effect of warm chest patch on postpartum breast pain.Methods 600 cases of parturients with breast swelling and pain after cesarean section admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group routinely applied warm hot water to breast for 3-5 minutes,massage and manual milking every 3 hours.Observation group:hot compress breast for 3-5 minutes,massage and hand milking with warm chest paste on the outer layer of thin breast-feeding bra every time,once every 3 hours.The time of relieving breast swelling and pain and the amount of milk excretion were compared between the two groups.Results The time of relieving breast swelling pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the milk output was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm chest patch has a good effect in the application of postpartum breast swelling pain,and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
