肝病合并糖尿病患者人性化护理干预

Effect of humanistic nursing interventions in liver disease patients with diabetes mellitus

目的观察肝病合并糖尿病患者实施人性化护理干预的效果.方法纳入我院2016年7月—2018年2月间收治的114例肝病合并糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组各57例,对照组采用常规护理,干预组在对照组护理基础上联合人性化护理.评价2组患者护理前后糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖值;舒适度评分、生活质量评分.结果护理前2组血糖各指标值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后干预组患者血糖控制效果优于对照组(P<0.05).干预前2组舒适度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后对照组患者舒适度评分低于干预组(P<0.05).干预组患者生理、社会关系、环境、心理等生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论针对肝病合并糖尿病患者实施人性化护理干预可有效控制血糖、提高患者舒适度与生活质量.

Objective To study the effect of humanistic nursing interventions in liver disease patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 114 liver disease patients with diabetes mellitus treated from July 2016 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,57 cases in each group.The control group was served as conventional nursing,on the basis of the former,the intervention group was served as humanistic nursing interventions.The glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial plasma glucose contents as well as comfort scores and quality of life scores were evaluated.Results Before intervention,blood glucose contents between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,blood glucose contents in intervention group were better than control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,comfort scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),after intervention,comfort scores in intervention group were higher than control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological state,social relations,surrounding environment and mental state in intervention group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic nursing interventions can efficiently control the blood glucose contents,and improve the patient's comfort and quality of life.
