综合护理干预对冠心病介入治疗患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

The effect of comprehensive nursing on psychological status and life quality of patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy

目的探讨综合护理干预对冠心病介入治疗患者心理状态及生活质量的影响.方法选取冠心病介入治疗患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各40例.对照组给予常规护理,试验给予综合护理干预,比较2组患者心理状态、生活质量及其对护理工作的满意度.结果试验组患者SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)、SAQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论综合护理干预能有效缓解冠心病介入治疗患者的焦虑状态,改善生活质量,并提高其对护理工作的满意度,值得推广应用.

Objective In order to study the effect of comprehensive nursing mode on psychological status and life quality of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after interventional therapy.Methods Choosing 80 patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy who were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group(n=40)was treated with traditional nursing mode.The experimental group(n=40)was treated with the comprehensive nursing mode.Compare the differences of psychological states,quality of life and the satisfaction of nursing mode between control group and experimental group.Results Experimental group after the comprehensive of nursing mode,the SAS score of experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05),the SAQ score of experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction score of experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing mode can effectively ease the anxious status of the CHD patients after interventional therapy and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of nursing work.It is worthy of widespread application in the clinical nursing work.
