多科室协同护理模式对肥胖伴妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局的影响被引量：5

摘要目的探究多科室协同护理模式对肥胖伴妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇妊娠结局的影响.方法选取我院66例肥胖伴GDM孕妇,随机将其分为常规组(33例)与护理组(33例).常规组给予一般护理干预,护理组采用多科室协同护理模式,比较2组孕妇的妊娠结局.结果护理组孕妇剖宫产率(12.12%)低于常规组(45.45%),不良反应发生率(15.15%)低于常规组(48.48%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用多科室协同护理模式对肥胖伴GDM孕妇进行干预可有效改善妊娠结局.
