中国少数民族语言数字图书馆顶层设计研究

Top Level Design of Digital Library of Chinese Minority Languages

降低语言文字差异性造成的沟通交流障碍,促进全国各族人民之间的相互理解和沟通交流,是我国民族地区公共文化服务体系建设的战略性需求。本文在介绍国内外相关研究概况的基础上,界定了"中国少数民族语言数字图书馆"的概念与内涵,分析了构建"中国少数民族语言数字图书馆"的总体思路,指出"中国少数民族语言数字图书馆"应以"多元一体架构"思想为指导进行设计,遵循"多语兼容""语义关联"和"集成服务"三大策略进行构建,其顶层框架由基础设施层、数字文献层、信息组织层、语义关联层、知识服务层、标准规范体系和组织协作体系共七大模块构成。

It is a strategic need for the construction of the public cultural service system in China’s ethnic areas to reduce the communication barriers caused by the differences in languages and promote the mutual understanding and communication among the people of all ethnic groups. Based on the introduction of research at home and abroad, the conception and meaning of digital library of Chinese minority languages are defined, and general construction idea of the digital library is analyzed in this paper. Digital library of minority languages should be designed following the principle of "diversity and integrity" and three strategies of multilingual compatibility, semantic connection and integrated service.Top level frame is comsposed of 7 modules, which are infrastructure, digital document, information organization, semantic association,knowledge service, standard system and organizational collaboration system.
