Research on Digital Resource Acceptance Practice in Academic Libraries

数字资源作为无形资产,其验收需要通过对资源的使用来实现。这种特殊的验收方式决定了数字资源的验收应当从购置的资源内容、资源的使用时间和使用空间三个维度进行,形成一个完整的验收体系。高校图书馆购置的数字资源,对日益重要的教学科研工作具有支撑作用,要保障这些资源的验收合格,需要明确数字资源验收的定义、总结验收实践中应当注意的问题,并由具备一定专业素养的验收人员来承担这项工作。

As intangible assets, digital resource acceptance is realized through the use of resources. The special acceptance mode determines that the digital resource should be accepted in three dimensions: the resource content, service time and space of the resource, so it becomes a complete acceptance system. Digital resources of academic libraries play an increasing important supporting role in college teaching and scientific research. In order to ensure the qualified resource acceptance, it is necessary to clarify the definition of digital resource acceptance, summarize the problems that should be paid attention to in acceptance practice, and train professional librarians to execute acceptance work.
