《台湾十五音字母详解》与《台湾十五音辞典》音系比较研究

A Comparative Study of Phonology between Detailed Explanation of Taiwan’s Fifteen-sound Letters and Taiwan’s Fifteen-sound Dictionary

《台湾十五音字母详解》与《台湾十五音辞典》声母基本一致,都保留了传统十五音,只是在个别字母代表用字上略有不同。韵母方面,二书共有66个相同的韵母,约占《台湾十五音字母详解》69个韵母的95.6%,约占《台湾十五音辞典》77个韵母的85.7%,说明二书的音韵系统具有极大的相似性,另一方面也体现了二书的具体细微差异之处。声调方面,二书都受传统闽南韵书八音的影响,实际上皆只有7个声调。

The initial consonants in Detailed Explanation of Taiwan’s Fifteen-sound Letters and Taiwan’s Fifteen-sound Dictionary are basically same. Both books retain the traditional fifteen sounds, but differ slightly in the way few letters stand for words. In terms of vowels, there are 66 identical vowels in the two books. This account for 95.6% of the 69 vowels in Detailed Explanation of Taiwan’s Fifteen-sound Letters and 85.7% of the 77 vowels in Taiwan’s Fifteen-sound Dictionary, wchich indicates there are great similarities in the phonological system of the two books. It also reflects the specific subtle differences between the two books. In terms of tone, the two books are all influenced by the eight tones of the traditional Southern Fujian rhyme books, and in fact they all have only seven tones.
