摘要
本文对添加不同硅酸锆含量的硅基陶瓷型芯的材料性能进行了研究,研究结果表明:随着硅酸锆含量的增多,陶瓷型芯的线收缩率变大,体积密度和强度提高,孔隙率和热变相量降低,且硅酸锆含量的变化对方石英的析晶效果影响不明显。
In this paper, the properties of silicon-based ceramic cores with different zirconium silicate content were studied. The results show that with the increase of zirconium silicate content,ceramic core line shrinkage, bulk density and strength are increased, the porosity and thermal phase change are reduced, and the change of zirconium silicate content has no obvious effect on the crystallization effect of the other quartz.
