Improvement Design of Coal Mine Paste Filling Station Based on Modularity

摘要 为解决固定式煤矿膏体充填站初期建站成本高、生产工艺复杂、撤站再利用率低等问题,应用可拆卸理论及模块化设计方法,进行了膏体充填站的设计改进和优化,以钢架外墙取代原充填楼,将多个设备集成化,最大程度减少土建工程,并针对每个工艺环节进行装备模块化设计,拆装集成了料仓模块、水称重模块、矸石上料模块、膏体制备模块与集成化缓冲斗模块等模块。通过模块化的改进设计,使充填站各模块可拆卸、便于运输,并可快速装配投产,有效降低了充填成本,有助于充填采煤技术的推广。 In order to solve the problems of the fixed coal mine paste filling station,such as high construction cost,complicated production process as well as low recovery and reuse efficiency,the design improvement and optimization of paste filling station were carried out by applying the disassemble theory and modular design method.The original filling building was replaced with a steel frame exterior wall,and multiple equipment were integrated to minimize civil engineering.In addition,a modular design of equipment was carried out for each process,warehouse module,water weighing module,gangue feeding module,paste preparation module and integrated buffer bucket module were integrated.Through the improvement of modular design,each module of filling station could be disassembled,transported conveniently,as well as assembled and produced quickly.The improved modular design effectively reduced the cost of filling,and was helpful to the popularization of coal filling and mining technology.
