高职院校毕业生职业适应初期离职情况研究——以深圳职业技术学院为例

Resignation of Vocational College Graduates at the Initial Stage of Vocational Adaptation——Based on the Graduates from Shenzhen Polytechnic

通过对深圳职业技术学院毕业生离职原因的第三方调查数据进行分析,发现导致毕业生离职原因的规律特点,并将其分为"理性离职"和"探索性离职"作进一步分析,最终从学校、企业、学生、家庭等四个方面探讨改善毕业生离职状况的方法。

Through the analysis of the survey data on why Shenzhen Polytechnic graduates quit their job,this paper finds out the common characteristics of the reasons leading to the their resignation, and divides them into "rational resignation" and "exploratory resignation" for further analysis. Finally, from the four aspects of schools, enterprises, students and families, this paper explores the ways to solve the graduates’ resignation problem.
