城镇化和逆城镇化相得益彰:新型城镇化之路

Urbanization and Counter-urbanization complement each other:a new way of Urbanization

在全国各地加快城镇化建设的热潮中,出现了部分城市人口向城郊和农村迁移的“逆城镇化”现象。本文由此入手,分析了我国城镇化建设的发展现状,指出了我国城镇化建设过程中“逆城镇化”的发展阶段,从城镇化发展战略、城乡规划引导、管理制度改革以及公共服务均等化四个方面,提出城镇化和逆城镇化相得益彰、相辅相成的建议,以期促进城乡一体化发展,实现以人为核心的新型城镇化。

In the upsurge of accelerating urbanization all over the country, the phenomenon of "counter-urbanization" of some urban population migrating to suburbs and rural areas has appeared.From this point of view, this paper analyses the current situation of urbanization construction in China, points out the development stage of "counter-urbanization" in the process of urbanization construction in China, and puts forward that urbanization and Counter-urbanization should complement each other from four aspects: urbanization development strategy, urban and rural planning guidance, management system reform and equalization of public services.Suggestions are complementary to each other in order to promote the integration of urban and rural development and realize the new urbanization with people as the core.
