摘要 面向新型城镇的能源互联网具有多能协同、交易开放的特点,能源互联网技术可改变城镇用户的用能方式,将成为解决中国城镇化过程中未来城镇能源问题的有效途径之一.从多能耦合综合能源系统规划和优化运行、分布式多能“源荷”预测不确定性与市场化交易两个方面,分析了面向新型城镇的能源互联网面临的关键科学问题.在此基础之上,提出了面向新型城镇的能源互联网关键技术及应用的研究体系.从多能网络综合规划、面向多主体的优化调度、分布式能源交易与多能市场机制、全环节能源互联网客观综合评价、面向多能接入和协调运行的互动用能装备以及典型示范工程建设思路等5个方面,阐述了面向新型城镇的能源互联网关键技术具体细节及研究路线. Energy Internet oriented to new-type towns possesses the characteristics of multi-energy coordination and open transaction.Energy Internet technology could change the way of energy utilization for urban users,and it would become one of the effective ways of solving future urban energy issues in the urbanization process of China.This paper analyses some key scientific problems of Energy Internet oriented to new-type towns from two aspects:planning and optimized operation of multi-energy coupled integrated energy system,uncertainty prediction of distributed multi-energy“source-load”and market transaction.On this basis,the key technology and application research framework of Energy Internet oriented to new-type towns are presented.Furthermore,this paper proposes details and research routes for key technologies of Energy Internet oriented to new-type towns,including interconnection and interactive planning of multi-energy networks,optimized scheduling towards multiple agents,distributed energy transaction and multi-energy market mechanism,comprehensive evaluation of all energy links,interactive energy equipment with multi-energy access and coordinated operation,and construction methods of typical demonstration project.
