摘要
本工作将电喷雾萃取电离源与线性离子阱质谱相结合,建立了一种在线分析烟气中3-乙烯基吡啶和茄尼醇的方法。烟气样品经导气管由气泵引入电喷雾萃取电离源的样品通路,经尖端喷出后与电喷雾通道的试剂喷雾离子发生电喷雾萃取电离,产生的离子由离子阱质谱检测。建立了3-乙烯基吡啶和茄尼醇的分析方法,对卷烟样品逐口烟气中的3-乙烯基吡啶和茄尼醇进行在线监测,这两种标志物均随卷烟抽吸口数的增加而升高。结果表明,本方法能够实现烟气中3-乙烯基吡啶和茄尼醇的在线分析,可应用于环境烟气的浓度变化、沉降规律、影响因素等相关研究。
A method for on-line analysis of 3-ethenylpyridine and solanesol in cigarette smoke was established by combining extractive electrospray ionization source with linear ion trap mass spectrometry(EESI-MS). The cigarette smoke was directly introduced into the sample spray nozzle via a gas pump and a gas pipe. Extractive electrospray ionization happened between smoke spray and electrospray,which was produced by solvent from the electrospray nozzle. Then,the ions of cigarette smoke were determined by ion trap mass spectrometry. The method for analysis of 3-ethenylpyridine and solanesol was developed and used for puff-by-puff analysis of 3-ethenylpyridine and solanesol in cigarette smoke.The results showed that the smoke markers increased with the increase of cigarette puff. The results indicated that this method can be used for on-line analysis of 3-ethenylpyridine and solanesol in cigarette smoke,and could be applied to the research on the concentration variation,settlement law and influencing factors of environmental tobacco smoke.
