顶空/气相色谱-质谱法检测塑胶跑道面层中35种挥发性有机物 被引量:11

Determination of 35 volatile organic compounds in plastic track surface by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了顶空/气相色谱-质谱法(HS/GC-MS)分析塑胶跑道面层中35种挥发性有机物(VOCS)的检测方法。优化了平衡温度、平衡时间等顶空条件以及色谱和质谱参数,并考察了顶空基体校正对结果的影响。样品经剪碎、冷冻研磨,在130℃下60 min静态顶空,经DB-624色谱柱进行分离,选择离子监测模式(SIM)进行定性、定量分析。35种VOCS在0. 01~1. 0μg/g范围内,线性相关系数均达到0. 9975以上,检出限为0. 5~5 ng/g。在3个浓度加标水平下的平均回收率为84. 3%~112. 8%,相对标准偏差为2. 4%~8. 4%。方法适合于塑胶跑道中VOCS残留的定性筛查和定量检测。 A headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS/GC-MS) method was applied for the determination of volatile organic compounds(VOCS) in plastic track surface samples. The experimental conditions for HS/GC-MS measurements,such as equilibration temperature and time of headspace extraction,and parameters for GCMS measurements were optimized. The plastic track surface samples were cut and grinded in freezing condition,and extracted by headspace at 130℃ for60 min,and then determined by GC-MS. Results showed that on 35 kinds of VOCSspecies good linear relation in the range of 0. 01 ~ 1. 0 μg/g with correlation coefficients(R2) higher than 0. 9975 were obtained. The mean recoveries ranged from 84. 3% to 112. 8% with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) between 2. 4% and 8. 4%(n = 6). The limits of detection(LODs) were in the range of0. 5 ~ 5 ng/g. This method will be suitable for the screening and analysis of VOCSin plastic track surface.
