Application of molecularly imprinted polymers for extraction of contaminants from food matrices

摘要 概述了分子印迹技术及分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)的常用制备方法和在样品预处理中的应用,主要为从食品基质中提取污染物。其中特别关注了分子印迹技术与各种预处理技术的复合应用,包括固相萃取(SPE)、分散固相萃取(d-SPE)、磁性固相萃取(MSPE)、固相微萃取(SPME)和搅拌棒吸附萃取(SBSE)。讨论了各种分子印迹吸附剂的不同表观性能,并根据吸附材料及吸附方式的不同对样品预处理中MIPs的分析性能进行了评价。 In this paper, the molecular imprinting technology, the common preparation methods of molecularly imprinted polymers ( MIPs), and the applications of MIPs in sample pretreatment, especially for the extraction of contaminants from the food matrix were out lined. Special attention was paid to the combination application of molecular imprinting technology and various pretreatment technologies, including solid-phase extraction ( SPE ), dispersive SPE ( d-SPE), and magnetic SPE (MSPE), solid phase microextraction ( SPME) and stir-bar sorptive extraction ( SBSE). The apparent properties of various molecularly imprinted adsorbents were discussed objectively, and the analysis performance of MIPs in sample pretreatment was evaluated according to the different adsorption materials and different adsorption modes.
