2017年清远市民族县法定传染病监测分析

Monitoring and analysis of statutory infectious diseases in qingyuan national county in 2017

目的了解2017年清远市连南瑶族自治县法定传染病的发病情况和流行特征,掌握其流行规律和分布规律,为制定防制措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2017年连南瑶族自治县法定传染病发病及死亡情况进行分析。结果 2017年连南瑶族自治县无报告甲类传染病,报告法定传染病乙、丙类共13种1 131例,发病率846.35/10万,死亡2例,死亡率1.50/10万,总病死率0.18%。按人群分布发病位居前5位的分别是农民、散居儿童、家务及待业、学生和幼托儿童。传播途径主要为:肠道传染病、血源及性传播传染病和呼吸道传染病。结论连南瑶族自治县传染病防控重点应以加强肠道传染病、血源及性传播传染病和呼吸道传染病管理为主,对高发人群和重点人群进行有针对性的健康宣教,制定科学的传染病防制策略,采取有效的预防措施,控制传染病流行和暴发。

Objective To understand the qingyuan city even south yao autonomous county in 2017, the legal infectious disease incidence and epidemic characteristics, grasp the epidemic regularity and distribution, to provide scientific basis for prevention measures. Methods A descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the morbidity and mortality of the legal infectious diseases in the southern yao autonomous county in 2017. Results There were no reports of class a infectious diseases in the yao autonomous county of south China in 2017. There were 13 kinds of 1131 cases of the legal infectious diseases, such as grade b and c, with an incidence of 846.35/100,000 and death of 2 patients, with a mortality rate of 1.50/100,000 and a total mortality rate of 0.18 %. The top five spots were farmers, scattered children, household and unemployed, students and child care children. Transmission routes are mainly: intestinal infectious diseases, blood source and sexually transmitted infections and respiratory infections. Conclusions even the south county, focus on prevention and control of infectious diseases should be to strengthen the intestinal infectious disease, blood, and sexually transmitted infections and respiratory infectious disease management is given priority to,high-risk groups and focus groups are targeted health education, develop scientific infectious disease prevention strategies, take effective preventive measures, control the infectious disease epidemic and outbreak.
