摘要
随着科技水平的不断进步,人们生活水平和医疗水平均在不断地提高,而伴随着老龄化日趋严重,脑卒中偏瘫患者也因此剧增,康复治疗需求也增长。与传统康复训练对比而言,机器人辅助疗法稳定性高,且可反馈运动信息,实用价值很大。基于此,本研究介绍了近年来偏瘫患者下肢康复机器人及其所用的运动检测系统在国内外的研究现状,并对康复机器人的发展趋势进行了阐述。
As China’s aging society becomes more and more serious, a large number of people who suffer from hemiplegia due to stroke need rehabilitation training. Compared with the traditional rehabilitation therapies, robot assisted therapy has high stability and can feedback motion information, which is of great practical value.This article introduces the research progress of lower limb rehabilitation robots for patients with hemiplegia and the motion detection systems used in these rehabilitation robots. In addition, the development trend of rehabilitation robots is described.
