Suture anchors for treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation

目的:观察FastinRC带线锚钉治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效.方法:自2013年6月-2018年4月共使用Depuymitek带线锚钉(规格FastinRC)治疗肩锁关节脱位68例.平均年龄(38.5±18.3)岁.全部病例经使用带线锚钉修复固定喙锁韧带,锚钉拧入喙突,复位肩锁关节,同时将可吸收带线收紧、打结固定在锁骨预留的骨道上,其中1例加用肩峰钩钢板固定.结果:术后随访平均(15.6±8.3)个月.术后肩锁关节复位情况Constant评分92.5分.主观评价平均分为2分.结论:与其他常用的3类手术修复方法比较,使用FastinRC带线锚钉方法,无须预钻孔,自攻螺纹,双重缝合,利用缝线的力量使关节稳定,固定牢靠,手术风险减小,可以达到满意疗效.

Objective:Observation of Fastin RC with suture anchors for the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation.Methods:From 2013 June to 2018 April using a total of Depuy Mitek with anchor(Fastin RC)for the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation in 68 cases.Average(38.5±18.3)years.All cases were used with anchor repair of coracoclavicular ligament fixation,reset the acromioclavicular joint,while the absorption strip line tightening,knotted and fixed in the clavicle reserved bone on the road,including 1 patients with subacromial hook plate fixation.Results:Average post-operative follow-up(15.6±8.3)months.Postoperative acromioclavicular joint replacement Constant score 92.5 points.Subjective evaluation of the average divided 2 mark.Conclusion:Compared with other commonly used three kinds of operation repair methods,using Fastin RC with line bone anchor method,without pre drilling,tapping screw,double stitch,using sutures so that the strength of joint stability,reliable fixation,reduce the operation risk,could achieve satisfactory effect.
