摘要
西南山区地质结构复杂,铁路工程软土路基处理采用塑料排水板施工,其工法较常规施工会有较大变化。针对在施工过程中遇到硬层岩塑料排水板沉拔机无法通过的问题,可采用引孔机引孔后再插打的施工工法。现行铁路路基工程预算定额未考虑引孔等工序,造成施工成本与预算费用存在差异结合新建玉溪至磨憨铁路研和车站地基处理施工实际情况,采用写实记录法测定引孔型塑料排水板工料机消耗,并进行单价分析。
The geological structure of southwest mountainous area is complex,the construction method of plastic drainage plate used for the soft soil subgrade treatment will have great changes compared with the conventional construction. To solve the problem that plastic drainage plate sinking and drawing machine cannot pass through hard rock,the construction method of inserting plastic drainage plate after the guide hole is adopted. The present budget quota of railway subgrade engineering does not take into account the guide hole drilling,which results in the difference between construction cost and budget cost. According to the foundation treatment of Yanhe station in yuxi-mohan railway,the consumption of artificial,material and machinery of orifice plastic drainage plate construction is determinated,and the unit price is analyzed.
