摘要
对2018年版《公路工程建设项目概算预算编制办法》与2007年版《公路工程基本建设项目概算预算编制办法》进行对比,从费用组成变化、计算程序和形式的变化、新增或变化较大的费用几方面分析2版编制办法的区别,可以看出,新版编制办法对设计和概预算编制提出了更高要求。
A conparison is made between the 2018 edition Highway Construction Projects Budget Estimates Compilation Method and the 2007 edition Highway Capital Construction Projects Budget Estimates Compilation Method. The differences between the two compilation methods are analyzed from the aspects of Cost composition change, calculation procedure and form change, Newly added or large changed expense items, etc. Through analysis, it can be seen that the new edition compilation method puts forward higher requirements for the design and budget estimation.
