激素处理茶树扦插生根效果的综合评价 被引量:10

Comprehensive Evaluation of Rooting Effect of Hormone Treatments on Tea Cuttings

摘要 为了筛选适合茶树扦插育苗的激素处理方案、提高生根效果,采用正交试验方法和主成分分析法,研究激素种类、浓度及浸泡时间对‘鄂茶1号’茶树扦插生根的影响。结果表明,不同处理对茶树扦插生根率、根数、根长、根鲜重影响较大;3因素中,激素种类和激素浓度对扦插生根影响较大,浸泡时间影响相对较小;各处理扦插生根效果依次为处理Ⅰ(50 mg/kg的ABT1号浸泡插穗0.5 h)>处理Ⅴ(50 mg/kg的GGR10号浸泡插穗0.5 h)>处理Ⅳ(100 mg/kg的ABT1号浸泡插穗2 h)>处理Ⅵ(50 mg/kg的GGR10号浸泡插穗2 h)>处理Ⅱ(50 mg/kg的ABT1号浸泡插穗2 h)>处理Ⅷ(100 mg/kg的GGR10号浸泡插穗2 h)>处理Ⅲ(100 mg/kg的ABT1号浸泡插穗0.5 h)>处理Ⅶ(100 mg/kg的GGR10号浸泡插穗0.5 h),以50 mg/kg的ABT1号、GGR10号浸泡插穗0.5 h扦插效果最好。该处理方法为茶树规模化育苗提供理论依据,适合在生产中推广应用。 In order to select the suitable hormone treatment scheme for tea cutting and seedling growth, to improve the rooting effect. The effects of hormone species, concentration and soaking time on the root of tea cuttings of ’Echa 1’was studied by using orthogonal experimental design and principal component analysis. The results showed that different treatments had great effects on root rate, root number, root length and fresh root weight of tea cutting.Among the three factors, hormone type and concentration had greater influences on cutting propagation than soaking time. The order of rooting effect of each treatment was as follows: treatment Ⅰ(ABT1 50 mg/kg soak cuttings for 0.5 h)>treatment Ⅴ(GGR10 50 mg/kg soak cuttings for 0.5 h)>treatment Ⅳ(ABT1 100 mg/kg soak cuttings for2.0 h)>treatment Ⅵ(GGR10 50 mg/kg soak cuttings for 2.0 h)>treatment Ⅱ(ABT1 50 mg/kg soak cuttings for 2.0 h)>treatment Ⅷ(GGR10 100 mg/kg soak cuttings for 2.0 h)>treatment Ⅲ(ABT1 100 mg/kg soak cuttings for 0.5 h)>treatment Ⅶ(GGR10 10 mg/kg soak cuttings for 0.5 h). The cutting effect of soak cuttings with 50 mg/kg ABT1,GGR10 for 0.5 h was the best, which treatment method was suitable for popularization and application in production.
