Study on the Regularity of Scalp Acupuncture Selection Based on Data Mining

[目的]归纳头皮针的临床病症,总结头皮针优势病种及其取穴规律。[方法]通过计算机检索数据库中有关头皮针的文献(2008年1月-2017年12月),进行筛选和录入后,统计优势病种,并归纳取穴规律。[结果]①共录入243篇文献,神经系统疾病最多,其余依次为精神与行为障碍、运动系统、外科、五官科、泌尿生殖系统、循环系统和消化系统疾病;②神经系统疾病中频次最多的是中风,以对侧取穴为主;③单侧取穴148篇,以中风、五官科和运动系统疾病为主;双侧取穴81篇,以其他神经系统、精神与行为障碍、外科、泌尿生殖系统等疾病为主;单双侧共有取穴14篇;④有效率高于90%的共125篇,最高的依次为中风后偏瘫、腰椎间盘突出症、脑瘫、帕金森病和尿潴留。[结论]头皮针的优势病种为神经系统疾病,其中中风病应用最多,中风病以单侧取穴居多,以对侧取穴为主。其他神经系统、精神与行为障碍、外科、泌尿生殖系统、循环系统和消化系统疾病以双侧取穴为主,五官科和运动系统疾病以单侧取穴居多。

[Objective]To induce the clinical symptoms of scalp acupuncture,summarize the dominant disease of scalp acupuncture and the regularity of acupoint selection.[Methods]Using computer to search literature about scalp acupuncture through database(January 2008-December 2017),counting its dominant diseases and summarizing the regularity of acupoint selection after being screened and inputted.[Results]①A total of 243 articles were recorded,nervous system diseases were the most,and the others were mental and behavioral disorders,motor system diseases,surgical diseases,ENT diseases,urogenital diseases,circulatory system diseases and digestive system diseases.②The most frequent of nervous system diseases is stroke,which acupoint on the opposite side.③There were 148 unilateral acupoints in the scalp acupuncture,mainly due to stroke,ENT diseases and motor system diseases;81 on double sides,mainly diseases such as other nervous system diseases,mental and behavioral disorders,surgical diseases,urogenital diseases and so on;14 on all sides.④There were a total of 125 articles with an efficiency of more than 90%.The five most effective diseases were stroke,lumbar disc herniation,cerebral palsy,Parkinson's disease and urinary retention.[Conclusion]The dominant disease of scalp acupuncture is nervous system disease,mainly stroke.The treatment of stroke with scalp acupuncture is mostly unilateral acupoint,especially on the different side.Other nervous system disease,mental and behavioral disorders,surgical diseases,urogenital diseases,circulatory system diseases,digestive system diseases are mainly acupoints on both sides,while ENT diseases and motor system diseases are mostly unilateral acupoints.
