摘要
华法林目前仍广泛地应用于临床。唑类抗真菌药物对华法林的影响已有报道,可在临床上并没有引起足够重视。本文从华法林和唑类抗真菌药物的代谢途径入手,结合两药之间的相互作用事件报道,阐明华法林与不同唑类抗真菌药物的相互作用及其机制。
Warfarin is widely used in clinic because of its low price,specific antagonist and definite therapeutic evaluation index. Adverse events about the interaction between azole antifungal agents and warfarin have been reported. But little attention has been paid to this. The metabolic pathways of warfarin and azole antifungal drugs were discussed in this paper,combined with the reports of the interaction between the two drugs. To elucidate the interaction and mechanism of warfarin with different azole antifungal agents.
