摘要
名师身份是名师生命历程中经验的诠释和再诠释以及在发展的联系中汇聚所有力量建构的复杂自我意象,是对"我是谁"的终极拷问。名师工作室中的名师首先应该回归学习者的身份,通过质变学习关注变化--名师如何看待自身和周围世界所发生的显著的根本性变化以及学习对人的塑造作用,实现名师自我生命的成长。名师身份拓展为名师工作室中学习活动的设计师和学习过程的指导者。超越的身份从旨在促进教师群体专业发展的教师领导者身份向教育家型教师的身份发展,这也是名师身份发展的最高境界。
The identity of the famous teacher is the interpretation and reinterpretation of experience in the life course of the famous teacher and the gathering of all forces to construct a complex self-image in the connection of development,and it is the ultimate torture to"who am I".The famous teacher in the famous teachers’studio should first return to the learner’s identity,pay attention to change through qualitative learning--how the famous teacher view significant fundamental changes of himself and the surrounding world and the role of learning in shaping human beings,so as to realize the growth of the famous teacher’self-life.The identity of the famous teacher is expanded to be a designer of learning activities and a guide of learning process in a famous teacher’s studio.The transcendental identity of the famous teacher developes from the teacher leader identity,which is aimed to promote the professional development of teacher group,to the educator-type teacher identity.This is also the highest realm of the development of the identity of a famous teacher.
