摘要
以豆油、三務甲基丙烷、新戊二醇、苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸酹、偏苯三酸肝为主要原料,用黄丹作为醇解反应的催化剂,以乙二醇丁瞇为助溶剂、三乙胺为中和剂,采用成盐法制备出干燥时间、光泽、硬度、柔韧性等性能较好的中油度自干型水性醇酸树脂。通过涂膜性能测试分析,研究了油度、醇超量、中和度、助溶剂和树脂酸值对水性醇酸树脂性能的影响。
With soybean oil,trimethylolpropane,neopentyl glycol,benzoic acid,phthalic anhydride and trimellitic anhydride as main raw materials,yellow lead as catalyst for alcoholysis reaction,ethylene glycol butyl ether as cosolvent,triethylamine as neutralizer,the medium oiliness self-drying waterborne alkyd resin with good drying performance,gloss,hardness and flexibility was prepared by salt formation method.The effects of oil content,alcohol excess,neutralization degree,cosolvent and acid value of resin on the properties of waterborne alkyd resin were studied by testing and analyzing the film properties.
