结合纸盒干式喷漆室在某整车涂装生产线上的应用案例,详细介绍了纸盒干式喷漆室的系统组成、安全设计方案等。根据现场生产数据,分析了现场环境、不同类型油漆对纸盒过滤器压降、容漆量等性能的影响,并通过能耗分析,表明了纸盒干式喷漆室在整车涂装上应用的可行性和优越性。

Combined with the application of box filter in dry spray booth of car body painting production line,the system composition and safety design scheme of the box filter in dry spray booth were introduced in detail.According to the production data of the spray booth,the influences of the workshop environment and different types of paint on the pressure drop of the filter,the paint holding capacity and other properties were analyzed.And through the analysis of energy consumption,the feasibility and superiority of the application of the box filter in dry spray booth of the car body painting shop were showed.
