超声引导微波消融治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨采用超声引导微波消融子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年02月~2017年01月收入我院子宫肌瘤患者69例为研究对象,采用超声造影评价患者的肌瘤消融率,常规超声评价瘤体缩小率,并采用子宫肌瘤症状及健康相关生活质量问卷(UFS-QOL)症状严重程度评分表评价患者的术前及术后临床症状,对比患者术前及术后性激素变化。结果:消融率>80%有65个,消融率60%-79%有7个,治疗前后肌瘤体积有明显缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后3、6、12个月患者临床症状评分降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后3、6、12个月性激素变化无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:微波消融治疗子宫肌瘤患者,能够减小肌瘤体积,并且能够明显改善患者临床症状,对患者性激素水平无明显影响,为子宫肌瘤患者提供新的治疗手段。 Objective:To explore the clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation for uterine fibroid.Methods:From February 2015 to January 2017,69 patients were selected for this study. The ablation rate of tumors were examined by CEUS and the shrink rate of uterus fibroid were calculated.The clinical symptoms of patients were assessed by the severity of symptoms scale(UFS-QOL). The changes of sex hormones before and after operation were compared.Results:There were 65 lesions ablation rate of >80% and there were 7 lesions ablation rate of 60%-79%. Before and after the treatment of fibroid were significantly smaller. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The clinical symptom score of the patients at 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment were statistically significant difference(P <0.05). Compared with before treatment, there was no significant difference in sexual hormone changes at 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The microwave ablation treatment of uterine fibroid had higher ablation rate, which could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and it had invalid on the sex hormone level of patients.It provide a new treatment method for patients with uterine fibroid.
