摘要
近年来,各级政府出台多项政策措施,加之金融机构、非政府组织及“产业园区合作+线上线下平台”等助力,使民营中小企业成为“一带一路”产能合作的重要组成部分。但核心竞争力缺乏、海外经营能力不强、融资难、中介服务体系不健全等问题仍制约民营中小企业深度融入“一带一路”产能合作。为此,应通过构筑“1+N”式产业链、构建信息交流网络、拓宽融资渠道、建立多方联动的海外风险防御机制等途径增强民营中小企业核心竞争力,实现“抱团出海”。
In recent years,various levels of government have introduced a number of policy measures,as well as financial institutions,non-governmental organizations and"" industry park cooperation + online and offline platforms"and other assistance,private SMEs have become an important part of the integration of "the Belt and Road"cooperation on production capacity. However,the lack of core competitiveness,weak overseas management capabilities,difficult financing,and imperfect intermediary service systems have restricted private SMEs from deep integration into "the Belt and Road"cooperation on production capacity. To this end,we should strengthen the core competitiveness of private SMEs by constructing a"1+N"industrial chain,building an information exchange network,broadening financing channels,and establishing a multi-party overseas risk prevention mechanism.
