摘要
用高压液相色谱、超高压液相色谱和高压液相色谱串联质谱三种仪器检测被测物质中甲醛含量,从甲醛衍生物的保留时间、流速、线性范围、检出限、定量限和精密度方面都做了详细的对比。结果表明高压液相色谱分析时间长,废液量大;超高压液相色谱分析速度快,流动相消耗少,在有毒有害物质及环境污染物分析方面的优势显著;高压液相色谱串联质谱的专属性好,灵敏度较高,适用于低浓度及痕量甲醛的分析。
Three methods for detecting formaldehyde by high pressure liquid chromatography,ultra high pressure liquid chromatography and high pressure liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry were compared in detail in terms of retention time,flow rate,linear range,detection limit,quantitative limit and precision.The results show that high pressure liquid chromatography has a long analysis time and a large amount of waste liquid,and the ultra high pressure liquid chromatography has the advantages of fast analysis,less flow phase consumption and significant advantages in the analysis of toxic and harmful substances and environmental pollutants.High pressure liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry has good specificity and high sensitivity,which is suitable for low concentration and trace formaldehyde analysis.
