摘要
自主设计实验是提高学生创新能力的重要手段。以“蚕豆根尖微核检测技术”实验为例,对遗传学实验课程进行了创新性教学设计,将“验证性”实验调整为“自主设计性”实验,诱变剂从“剧毒药品”替换为学生身边的“日常用品”,课改内容由课前准备设计、课中观察思考、课后总结提炼三部分构成。实践表明,设计性实验不仅能激发学习兴趣,还能提高学生综合运用知识分析问题、解决问题的能力。
Self-designed experiment is a tool of much use for students’creativity enhancement.We have designed a creative teaching method specifically aimed for genetics experiment course,for example,the course reform content for Vicia faba root tip micronucleus testing assay,is comprised of three parts:preview,notable thinking,and review.There is so much we could do.For example,we could make the experiments exchanged from a traditionally confirmatory process to a self-designed process,and replace the hyper-toxic elements to routine supplies around students.Truth proves that experiment designing not only motivates study interests,but also enhances students’integrated abilities to analyze and solve problems using current knowledge.
