普通高校科研实验室开放管理保障体系构建

为适应创新型人才培养需要,科研实验室面向本科生开放迫在眉睫。传统的管理体制使得科研实验室开放程度很低。改革传统的管理体制,探索科研实验室“六管三建”保障体系,“六管”是学校总管、学院主管、学科监管、专人专管、教师兼管、学生助管;“三建”为规章制度规范化建设、管理平台信息化建设、资源配置区域化建设,可以克服其管理松散的弊端,改变其孤立运行的状况,为科研实验室开放管理提供依据和支撑,有推广应用价值。

Research laboratories for undergraduates open are imminent in order to meet the need of creative talents training.The traditional management system makes them open degree very low.To reform the traditional management system,and to explore security system,that is“Six elements management and Three kinds of construction”,which“Six elements management”refer to the overall management of university,the main management of college,supervision and administration of disciplines,specialized management of full-time persons,part-time management of teachers,assistant management of undergraduates,and“Three kinds of construction”respectively are construction of standardization of rules and regulations,construction of informatization of management platform,construction of regionalization of resource allocation.The security system can overcome the disadvantages of their loose management,can change the status of their isolated operation,can provide the basis and the support for their opening management,and it is practical value to spread.
