Safety management of centrifuges in large scale experimental instrument sharing platform

高校大型设备共享平台能为用户提供多种仪器设备,离心机是众多仪器中的基础设备。高速离心机及超速离心机等贵重设备丰富了设备共享平台中离心机的种类。由于离心机的使用需要遵循一定的安全守则,仪器种类和数量增多而配备管理员岗位较少成为仪器运行和管理中的一个问题。为使多台离心机能安全高效地运行,更好地为教学和科研服务,针对离心机的安全管理模式和维护经验进行了探讨。

Instrument sharing platform offers kinds of instruments to users in universities.Centrifuge is a basic one of the platform.The high-speed centrifuges and ultracentrifuges enrich the instruments of the sharing platform.However,the more centrifuges we use the more safety rules we have to know and follow.At the same time,increasing of the kinds of instrument would in turn require more professional technicians whose number is limited by our available funding.In order to improve the safety management of the centrifuge which can facilitate the teaching and researching of our institute,this paper addresses the problem that would be encountered in the safety management and maintenance of our platform.
