In universities,large-scale instruments and equipment are basic guarantee and technical support for teaching and research.It is crucial to explore new ideas for the management and development of large-scale instruments and equipment to promote the“double first-class”construction.Based on the analyses of the current situation of the use and management of large-scale equipment in colleges and universities,the comprehensive plans are proposed from talents resource,scientific technology and economic benefits in this paper,which may improve the comprehensive benefits of large-scale instruments and equipment.
