创新创业人才的培养是新时代对高等教育提出的新要求。以“互联网”环境为背景,研究了如果采用学校、企业、科研机构横向联合、信息互通的方式,来充分发挥大学教育的优势,通过研究及实践将有限教育资源进行整合、调动、运用。最终将互联网技术与食品科学专业的实验实践教学资源相结合,建立食品科学专业实验实践共享平台,为培养适合社会需求的食品专业应用型人才创造条件。

The cultivation of innovative entrepreneurship is a new requirement for higher education in the new era. With the “Internet” environment as the background, research has been conducted on the use of schools, enterprises, and scientific research institutions for horizontal integration and information exchange, to give full play to the advantages of university education and integrate, mobilize, and apply limited educational resources through research and practice. In the end, the Internet and food science specialty experimental teaching resources are combined to establish a sharing platform for food science professional experimental practice, and to create conditions for cultivating food-professional applied talents suitable for social needs.
