Study on the Coordination and Promotion Mechanism of Deepening Standardization Reform

本文介绍了国外标准化协调管理机制的概况,在借鉴国外先进标准化管理经验的基础上,针对我国标准化协调推进机制中第三方机构、考核评价、激励、监督和问责等方面存在的不足,从完善第三方机构协调推进机制、考核评价机制、激励机制、监督和问责机制等方面提出改进建议。

This paper briefly introduces the standardization coordination and management mechanisms abroad. Based on the experience of foreign advanced standardization management, it finds out the deficiencies of the standardized coordination and management mechanism in China in the following aspects, such as the third party organization, evaluation, incentive, supervision and accountability. To address the problem, it puts forward suggestions on improving the coordination and promotion mechanism of third-party organization, evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism, supervision and accountability mechanism.
