数据标准符合性测试研究初探

Research on Conformance Testing of Data Standard

随着信息技术的进步以及各行业信息系统的建设和发展,数据质量和互操作性变得越来越重要。为了解决“孤立信息节点”等问题,国内外都研制了各类数据标准,而包括信息分类编码标准在内的数据内容标准又是其中的重中之中。但是,数据标准的制定并不能保证信息系统完全按照标准的要求来建设。因此,数据标准符合性测试受到业界的重视和应用。数据标准符合性测试是利用测试手段验证信息化产品和服务中的数据是否符合标准中的各项规定,能够提高组织信息化的数据质量和互操作性,支撑标准的实施和监督。本文将对国内外数据标准符合性测试的现状进行梳理和分析,针对信息分类编码标准这一最典型的数据标准,提出了信息分类编码标准符合性测试框架,并提出我国开展数据标准符合性测试工作的建议。

With the development of information systems in various industries, data quality and interoperability have become more and more important. In order to solve the problem of "isolated information nodes",data standards have been developed, among which information classification and coding are the most critical. However, data standards can not guarantee that information systems will be built in full accordance with the standards, thus affecting the interoperability between information systems. So the data conformity testing of information system has risen wide concerns and been applied in many industries. This paper analyses general theories and methodologies of conformity testing and standardization, then puts forward a new testing model for classification and coding information, proposing some suggestions on conformance testing of data standard.
