摘要
本文回顾了国内外关于质量创新的研究现状;从技术创新效率、管理创新效率、服务创新效率和质量需求创新效率4个方面构建了湖南省质量创新效率综合评价指标体系;利用DEA模型测算了2004-2014年湖南省质量创新效率。结果显示湖南省质量创新效率较低,其中技术创新效率与服务创新效率具有相似的发展路径,都在不断地稳步提高,而管理创新效率和质量需求创新效率的发展相对滞后。基于以上研究,提出了湖南省提高质量创新效率的对策和建议。
This paper reviews the research situation of quality inn ovation at home and abroad, constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of quality innovation efficiency in Hunan province from four aspects, such as technology innovation, management innovation, service innovation and quality demand innovation, and uses the DEA model to measure the quality innovation in Hunan province from 2004 to 2014. The results show that the overall efficiency of quality innovation in Hunan province is relatively low. Specifically speaking, the technological innovation and service innovation are both improving steadily, but the development of management innovation and quality demand innovation are not ideal. Based on the above research, it finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality innovation effic iency in Hunan province.
