硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉在直肠癌根治术中的应用效果

Anesthetic effect of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in radical operation of rectal cancer

目的探讨直肠癌根治术中应用硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉的效果。方法选择山西省肿瘤医院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的100例直肠癌根治术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组给予全身麻醉,研究组给予硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉。分析直肠癌根治术中应用硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉的效果。结果研究组术中不同时间点平均动脉压、心率变化幅度小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后睁眼时间、应答时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组麻醉相关不良反应发生率(8.00%)与对照组(24.00%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉应用于直肠癌根治性手术有效性、安全性均较优,有利于保障患者麻醉效果及预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients with rectal cancer in Shanxi Provincial Cancer Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The 100 patients were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group.The control group underwent general anesthesia. The study group received epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia. The effect of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in radical resection of rectal cancer was analyzed. Results The mean arterial pressure and heart rate at different time points in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative blink time and response time were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of anesthesia-related adverse reactions in the study group (8.00%) was higher than that in the control group (24.00%), there was significant difference (P< 0.05). Conclusions The application of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for the effective and safe operation of rectal cancer radical surgery is beneficial to the patient’s anesthesia effect and prognosis.
