摘要
对威海市中心医院收治的1例Lennox-Gastaut(LGS)综合征患儿应用迷走神经刺激治疗的临床资料进行分析,分别以"Lenonx-CastautSyndrome、VagusNerveStimulation"和"LGS综合征、迷走神经刺激术"为主题词检索PubMed、万方数据库,检索时间为2005年至今。文献检索共检索到27条外文文献,23条中文文献。国外报道、国内多为综述性文章。VNS治疗不仅能够减少发作频率,而且能改善生活质量,是LGS综合征患者非药物治疗新的有效选择。
The clinical data of a child with Lennox-Gastaut (LGS) syndrome treated with vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) in Weihai Central Hospital were analyzed. The literature was searched with subjects, such as "Lenonx-Castaut Syndrome, Vagus Nerve Stimulation" and "LGS syndrome, vagus nerve stimulation" from PubMed, Wanfang database, and retrieval time is from 2005 to the present. A total of 27 foreign documents and 23 Chinese documents were retrieved from the literature search. Foreign reports and domestic reviews are mostly literature review. VNS treatment can not only reduce the frequency of seizures, but also improve the quality of life. It is a new and effective choice for non-pharmacological treatment of patients with LGS syndrome.
