卡托普利与牛黄降压丸治疗高血压的疗效比较

摘要 目的比较卡托普利和牛黄降压丸治疗高血压的临床疗效及不良反应。方法随机选择2017年8月至2018年5月商丘市第一人民医院收治的高血压患者86例,按治疗方式分成实验组(n=43)和对照组,每组43例。对照组应用牛黄降压丸进行治疗,实验组应用卡托普利进行治疗,对比分析两种药物的临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后,实验组舒张压、收缩压及治疗总有效率[(94.4±6.7)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)、(130.7±8.7)mmHg、93.02%]与对照组[(100.7±7.5)mmHg、(145.9±8.1)mmHg、76.74%]比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);但对照组与实验组不良反应发生率(13.95%比11.63%)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高血压患者应用卡托普利治疗,有助于提高患者的临床治疗效果,稳定患者血压,同时预防和减少不良反应。 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of captopril and Niuhuang antihypertensive pills in the treatment of hypertension. Methods Eighty-six hypertensive patients admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from August 2017 to May 2018 were randomly selected. And they were divided into experimental group and control group according to treatment methods, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with Niuhuang antihypertensive pills, while patients in experimental group were treated with Captopril. The clinical efficacy of the two drugs were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and total effective rate of experimental group were (94.4±6.7)mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),(130.7±8.7)mmHg, 93.02%, respectively, which were significantly different from those of control group,(100.7±7.5)mmHg,(145.9±8.1)mmHg, 76.74%, P<0.05. But there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and experimental group (13.95% vs.11.63%), P>0.05. Conclusions Captopril in the treatment of hypertensive patients is conductive to improving clinical therapeutic effect, stabilizing blood pressure, preventing and reducing adverse reactions.
