高频电凝微创治疗四肢血管瘤及脉管畸形的疗效

Therapeutic effect of high-frequency electrocoagulation minimally invasive treatment on hemangioma and vascular malformation in extremities

目的观察高频电凝微创治疗四肢血管瘤及脉管畸形的临床疗效。方法选择惠州市第一人民医院2017年1月至2018年6月收治的60例四肢血管瘤及脉管畸形患者进行治疗,将其随机分成两组,每组30例。常规组实施常规治疗,治疗组实施高频电凝微创治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗优良率、不良反应发生率、治疗次数及四肢血管瘤治疗后外观满意度评分均优于常规组(P均<0.05)。结论针对四肢血管瘤及脉管畸形患者实施高频电凝微创治疗的临床疗效十分显著,能改善患者预后和生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of high frequency electrocoagulation minimally invasive treatment on hemangioma and vascular malformation in extremities. Methods Sixty patients with hemangioma and vascular malformation of extremities admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Huizhou from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected for treatment. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with routine treatment, while the treatment group was treated with high-frequency electrocoagulation and minimally invasive treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment, incidence of adverse reactions, treatment times and appearance satisfaction scores after treatment in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusions Minimally invasive high-frequency electrocoagulation therapy is very effective on hemangioma and vascular malformation of extremities, which can improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
