改良切口钢板治疗跟骨骨折临床体会

Clinical Experience of Treating calcaneal fracture with improved incision and steel plate

目的:探讨改良切口钢板固定治疗跟骨骨折的切口愈合的效果,评估该方法的可行性和有效性.方法:收集28例29足跟骨骨折患者的临床资料,根据术前、术后及随访的X线及CT影像进行分析.结果:所有病人随访时间10-26个月不等,根据美国足外科协会评分系统(AOFAS)进行统计,获得分值为92-99分,平均分为96分,该方法治疗跟骨骨折优良率为100%.术后患者切口均愈合良好,无感染及坏死造成钢板外露,2期植皮等并发症.结论:改良切口钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折,术后切口愈合良好,并发症较少.

Objective: To investigate the effect of improved incision and plate fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fracture healing, evaluation of the feasibility and efiectiveness of the method. Methods: The clinical data of 28 cases of 29 foot calcaneal fractures were collected. X - ray and CT images were analyzed before, after operation and follow - up. Results: All patients were followed up for 10 months to 26 months. According to the American foot surgery association scoring system ( AOFAS),? The score is 92 ~99 points, with an average of 96 points. The good rate of the treatment of calcaneal fracture was 100%. The incision healed well after the operation. The incision healed well without infection or necrosis, which caused complications such as exposure of the steel plate and two stage skin graft. Conclusion :Improved incision plate fixation for calcaneal fractures, postoperative wound healing is good, fewer complications.
