厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔对高血压左室肥厚及左室舒张功能的影响

Effects of irbesartan combined with metoprolol on left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular diastolic function in patients with essential hypertension

目的研究分析厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔对于高血压患者的左室肥厚以及左室的舒张功能的影响。方法选择2013年3月至2016年3月我院足月的高血压患者98例作为研究对象。以数字法分为观察组以及对照组,每组各49例,对观察组患者实施厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗,对对照组患者实施厄贝沙坦药物治疗,两组均以2周为1个治疗疗程。2周治疗后对比两组患者的左室肥厚以及左室的舒张功能的的变化情况。结果观察组的左室舒张功能经过治疗之后,得到明显改善,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有统计学意义以及多普勒心脏超声结果在经过治疗之后,结果得到明显改善,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组效果为有优者占51.02%,优良率为97.96%,均高于对照组22.45%以及71.43%(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔对于高血压患者治疗较为有效,能够有效降低血压,减缓左室肥厚现象,改善左室的舒张功能。安全性较高,值得临床使用推荐。

Objective To analyze the effect on diastolic function of irbesartan combined with metoprolol in hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods From March 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital 98 cases of patients with hypertension were selected as object of the research.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group used irbesartan combined with metoprolol treatment,and control group with the implementation of irbesartanfor two weeks.The changes were compared between two groups of left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular diastolic function.Results The left ventricular function in observation group after treatment,significantly improved compared with the control group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group of LVMI and Doppler echocardiography results after treatment,the results were improved significantly,compared with the control group with the difference.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group effect had accounted for 51.02%,the excellent rate was 97.96%,significantly higher than the control group 22.45% and 71.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with metoprolol is effective for the treatment of hypertensive patients,can effectively reduce blood pressure,reduced the phenomenon of left ventricular left ventricular hypertrophy,improved diastolic function.High safety,is worthy of clinical use.
