胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的疗效及对心功能的影响分析

Efficacy of amiodarone combined with irbesartan in the treatment of heart failure with arrhythmia and its effect on cardiac function

目的探索胺碘酮与厄贝沙坦联合治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的临床效果以及心功能影响。方法选择我院就诊的心力衰竭合并心律失常患者作为探究对象(例数:100例;时间:2017.2.22-2018.1.23),实施信封随机分组模式进行分组,50例/组,分别给予胺碘酮、胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗,比较2组治疗效果、心功能指标情况、不良反应发生情况、血压数据、心率。结果观察组治疗效果高于对照组,心功能指标、血压数据、心率优于对照组,不良反应发生例数低于对照组,P<0.05。结论胺碘酮与厄贝沙坦联合治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常效果显著,可有效改善患者心功能指标情况,安全有效,可推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of amiodarone combined with irbesartan in the treatment of heart failure with arrhythmia and the effects of cardiac function.Methods Patients with heart failure and arrhythmia who were treated in our hospital were selected as the target of investigation(number of cases:100 cases;time:2017.2.22-2018.1.23).Envelope random grouping mode was implemented for grouping,50 cases/group,respectively.Ketone,amiodarone and irbesartan were used to compare the effects of treatment,cardiac function,adverse reactions,blood pressure data and heart rate.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The cardiac function index,blood pressure data and heart rate were better than the control group.The number of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Amiodarone combined with irbesartan is effective in the treatment of heart failure with arrhythmia,which can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients,safe and effective,and can be promoted.
