综合治疗小儿急性分泌性中耳炎472例分析

Comprehensive treatment of 472 cases of acute secretory otitis media in children

目的探讨应用综合治疗对小儿急性分泌性中耳炎患儿进行治疗的效果。方法选取我院2014年3月-2018年4月收治的小儿急性分泌性中耳炎患儿472例,将酚甘油滴耳、金莲花颗粒、氩激光照射相结合对其进行综合治疗,观察并记录患儿治疗效果、治疗6次及9次患儿病情情况。结果临床共448例患儿被治愈,24例患儿显效;91.10%的患儿治疗6次痊愈,3.81%的患儿治疗9次痊愈,多数患儿治疗6次即可见效。结论应用综合治疗对小儿急性分泌性中耳炎患儿进行治疗的效果更佳,患儿及家属较为满意,值得推广及应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment on children with acute secretory otitis media. Methods 472 children with acute secretory otitis media admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to April 2018 were treated with phenolic glycerin ear drops,Jinlianhua granules and argon laser irradiation.The therapeutic effect,6 and 9 times of treatment were observed and recorded. Results A total of 448 children were cured clinically,24 children were effective;91.10% of the children were cured six times,3.81% of the children were cured nine times,and most of the children were cured six times. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive treatment on children with acute secretory otitis media is better,and the children and their families are satisfied.It is worth popularizing and applying.
