探讨采取优质护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者护理中的效果分析

目的探讨采取优质护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者护理中的效果分析。方法选取我院在2017年2月至2018年2月收治的经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术的70例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行研究,按数字表法随机分为对照组和研究组各35例,其中对照组采用常规护理,研究组患者采用优质护理,观察对比两组患者护理效果以及护理满意度。结果对照组患者住院时间和疼痛评分高于研究组患者(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论根据研究发现,对经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术的腰椎间盘突出症患者实行优质护理可以显著改善患者病情,缩短患者住院时间降低疼痛,值得在临床进一步采用和推广。

Objective To explore the effect of adopting quality nursing on the nursing of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods Seventy patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc treated by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected for study.They were randomly divided into control group and research group with 35 cases in each group according to the digital table method.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the research group was given high-quality nursing care.The nursing effects and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The hospitalization time and pain score of patients in the control group were significantly higher than those in the study group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly better than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the study,high-quality nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy can significantly improve the patient′s condition,shorten hospitalization time and reduce pain,which is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
