全程质控管理对消毒供应室护理管理质量的影响及对医院感染的预防作用探讨

The influence of quality control management on the quality of nursing management in disinfection supply room and its preventive effect on nosocomial infection

目的探讨全程质控管理对消毒供应室护理管理质量的影响及对医院感染的预防作用。方法在2017年1月-2018年2月对我院消毒供应室实施全程质控管理,比较实施前后的管理质量情况、医院感染发生情况。结果实施后的器械回收合格率、包装合格率、器械洗涤合格率、灭菌合格率以及物品发放准确率高于实施前(t=8.073、9.008、8.980、10.026、9.273,P<0.05);实施后医院感染发生次数、医院感染发生率低于实施前(P<0.05),实施后的监测总次数多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程质控管理对消毒供应室护理管理质量具有积极影响,可以显著降低医院感染的发生率,具有突出的临床价值,该种管理方案值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective Discuss the impact of quality control on the quality of nursing management in the disinfection supply room and the preventive effect on hospital infection.Methods In January 2017-2018,we implemented full-scale quality control management for the disinfection supply room of our hospital,and compared the management quality and hospital infection before and after implementation.Results After the implementation,the equipment recycling rate,packaging qualification rate,instrument washing pass rate,sterilization pass rate and item delivery accuracy rate were significantly higher than before implementation(t=8.073、9.008、8.980、10.026、9.273,P<0.05);the number of hospital infections and hospital infections were significantly lower after implementation.Before the implementation(P<0.05),the total number of monitoring after implementation was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process of quality control management has a positive impact on the quality of nursing management in the disinfection supply room,which can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections,and has outstanding clinical value.This kind of management plan is worth further clinical application.
