个性化护理在急性心梗患者急救中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Individual Nursing in Emergency Treatment of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的分析个性化护理在急性心梗患者急救中的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月-2018年1月AMI患者84例,电脑随机分成对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组患者接受常规急诊护理,观察组患者接受个性化急诊护理。比较两组患者护理效果、诊时间、急救时间、入院时间、护理纠纷、护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者出诊时间、急救时间、入院时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理纠纷发生总率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理能提高急性心梗患者急救效果,减少急救时间、住院时间,改善护患关系,减少护理纠纷,可大力推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of individual nursing in emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 84 patients with AMI between January 2016 and January 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=42,conventional emergency nursing) and observation group(n=42,individual emergency nursing) The nursing effect,diagnosis time,first-aid time,admission time,nursing dispute and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The visit time,first-aid time,and admission time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing disputes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individual nursing can improve the emergency effect in patients with AMI,reduce the time of first aid and hospitalization,improve the nurse-patient relationship,and reduce nursing disputes,which is worthy of promotion.
