综合护理干预对剖宫产产妇母婴分离成功母乳喂养的影响价值体会

Value of comprehensive nursing intervention on the successful breastfeeding of maternal and child separation in cesarean section

目的研究综合护理干预对剖宫产产妇母婴分离成功母乳喂养的影响价值。方法选择剖宫产产妇作为本次研究病人或研究对象,并采用"电脑随机法"将200例剖宫产产妇进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组、实施综合护理干预;对照组、实施常规护理干预,分析两组护理效果。结果观察组剖宫产产妇母乳喂养成功率高于对照组P<0.05,两者差异具有统计学意义。观察组剖宫产产妇抑郁评分较对照组指标更有优势P<0.05。结论综合护理干预对剖宫产产妇母婴分离成功母乳喂养均具有重要影响,值得研究。

Objective To study the value of comprehensive nursing intervention on successful breastfeeding of maternal and child separation in cesarean section.Methods The cesarean section women were selected as the study patients or the study subjects,and 200 cases of cesarean section women were divided into two groups,including the observation group and the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention.Implement routine nursing interventions and analyze the effects of the two groups.Results The success rate of breastfeeding in the cesarean section of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.The maternal depression score of the cesarean section in the observation group was more favorable than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has an important impact on the successful breastfeeding of maternal and child cesarean section,which is worthy of study.
