中美贸易摩擦的特征与应对策略

Analysis of the Characteristics of Sino-US Trade Disputes and the Strategies

中美贸易摩擦经过十一轮的高级磋商,不但没有达成共识,而且情况愈加复杂、多变。以比较优势和贸易保护理论为研究基础,对中美贸易摩擦进行客观分析,得出如下结论:中美贸易摩擦存在长期性、复杂性、国际性特征;中美两国经济相互嵌入、相互依存,存在合作与共赢的基础;中国应做好国内经济的调整,应对复杂多变的外部环境。政策建议:建立以内需为主导的经济增长模式;建立新的对外贸易政策体系;提高对美国“双向”开放程度;鼓励企业海外投资。

Nearly a year,China-US trade disputes have been going on. The two countries have not reached consensus,after eleven rounds of high-level consultations,and the situation is becoming more complex and changeable. Based on the theory of comparative advantage and trade protection,this paper analyses the causes of Sino-US trade disputes and conclude as follows,( 1) Sino-US trade disputes have long-term,complex and international characteristics.( 2) The two economies are embedded and interdependent,and there is a basis for their cooperation and win-win.( 3) China should adjust its domestic economy to cope with the complex and changeable external environment.
